HVNA Dues Reminder:
HVNA dues are payable in January of each year. Dues are $30 annually. These monies support the wide ranging activities of the Association and are tax deductible (Consult your tax advisor for more information).
Notably, your dues underwrite your all volunteer Board’s ability to hire off duty police to patrol the neighborhood augmenting Durham Police patrols, maintain a vigorous web site and list service, promote community through events and promotions, and provide a voice for Hope Valley with the City and County.
The Association also publishes a quarterly newsletter, provides a forum for neighborhood conversations, maintains our common landscapes and historic entry structures, and supports the creation of tax credit zones through expanded National Register recognition.
The Board has several standing committees that would welcome volunteers. Please contact us for more information.
